OT Day at the Capital

Come advocate with us! Join OT practitioners and students from across the state for OT Day @ the Capitol on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 in St. Paul. You will get the opportunity to meet with state legislators to discuss current bills in the legislature impacting OT. We will support several pieces of legislation, including new bills to allow OTs to issue crossbow hunting and fishing permits to people with disabilities. We will also be promoting changes to our OT licensing statute as well as minor wording changes to our scope of practice. Talking points will be provided and more details will follow. Interested?
