Essential oils are concentrated oils from plants used for purposes of health and well-being. Speaker Bio: Kathleen Mitsch is a graduate from University of Saint Catherine’s. She has been practicing occupational therapy for 30 years, working with diverse population and diagnosis. Proximately eight years Kathy became involved in holistic alternative medicine. Kathy currently holds multiple certifications in essential oil, energy kinesiology, chakra clearing, body alignment, and is a level one Reiki practitioner. Learning Objectives: 1. Define basic information on essential oils. Discuss research on the benefits of essential oils. Target Audience: OTR, OTA, OTS.
