We will discuss the difference between trans/cisgender as well as the importance of asking peop le for their pronouns rather than making assumptions. The Voices of Health Survey is an annual survey done by JustUs Health in Minnesota every year to determine health outcomes for LGBTQ+ Minnesotans. We will discuss ho w different aspects of social inequity can lead to healthcare inequity. Par ticipants will then learn about the generational impact of the AIDS epidemi c and the current status of HIV in Minnesota.
